Whether you want to change just a few things, or want to completely gut renovate, we can help you transform your space to one you love.  How does that work?

First, we meet with you and discuss your goals and budget.  We never try to up-sell you on things you don't want or need.  We like giving you a realistic sense of the costs of things in time and money before anything happens.  Some contractors get you on the hook and then hammer you with change orders.  While sometimes a change order is necessary (or maybe you change your mind and want more features partway through the process), it is our goal to deliver to you accurate numbers from the start.

After we give you a rough estimate, we refine it to a quote, and eventually a contract.  Next, we flesh out your design until everything is sorted, and then you get to be excited about what is to come!  From there it is all about logistics and communication.  For us it is important that you are satisfied with the process as well as the end goal.  We all know the nightmare contractor stories.  In our experience, they occur because there was not a good plan at the start, communication faltered, and possibly someone was simply not good at logistics and follow through.  How about we opt for something better?
